Hello, I pray you are well. I’m sharing this issue of “You Are Within the Norms.” Please pay close attention to what has happened in our healthcare system with the “opioid crisis” and the misinformation that our government has spread about what is truly causing the problem. Those in the sickle cell affected community cannot remain passively silent about this, because it is greatly affecting our ability to get humane care that is within established medical guidelines for severe and chronic pain. KING’S MASS MEDICAL QUAKERY: Biased Testimony and Conflict of Interest
Bite mark evidence, otherwise known as forensic odontology, has been the subject of significant scrutiny. Forensic odontology entails examining marks left on skin or an object to determine if they are human bite marks and then comparing those human bite marks to a suspect’s dental impressions.
Not only has the discipline proven incapable as recently as the spring of 2015, the American Board of Forensic Odontology (ABFO) was unable to find consensus among thirty-nine ABFO-certified bite mark experts on whether a patterned injury was a human bite mark or if it had identifying features for individualization.
In the same year, the Assistant Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy singled out bite mark evidence as an example of an unreliable forensic discipline and called for its eradication.”
Repeatedly appearing as an expert witness for the prosecution in the Eastern District, Dr. King’s biased, unreliable forensics and misleading statements raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest that too, must be eradicated as expert testimony.
It is argued further, that he operates as a medical fig leaf for prosecutors, who use his testimony to support their false narrative on opioid use, often disregarding differing medical opinions.

“Under the authority of the Controlled Substance Act, the Drug Enforcement Agency and its Diversion Control Program have a Tactical Diversion Squad. Their Investigators have the authority to conduct investigations of doctor’s offices. This criminal enforcement wing combines resources and so-called expertise such as Dr. Timothy E. King to identify, targets.
Prosecutorial Misconduct and Misrepresentation
The issue of prosecutorial misconduct came under scrutiny, with the prosecution allegedly misrepresenting Dr. King’s testimony to bolster their case. Dr. King’s vague and unexplained requirement for functional assessment allowed the prosecution to present his opinions as decisive evidence, potentially misleading the jury.
In these cases the GOVERNMENT seek to unlawfully control the practice of medicine (see: Exhibit LVII) through computerized decision making (see: Exhibit LVIII) of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as well as data and predictive analytics. DOJ-DEA, utilize artificial intelligence to determine violations by healthcare professionals of complex and constantly shifting healthcare guidance and regulations.
When people such as former AUSA Kenneth Polite, Esq, Don Sullivan Ph.D., Andrew Kolodny, MD., Neil Mehta, MD., Hersh Patel, MD., Timothy King, MD., spend most of their lives committed to a false premise/narratives it’s hard in fact (impossible) to reverse course. Resolving the truth or falsity in this context is a more challenging endeavor, and a conviction cannot lie on the basis of a healthcare professionals’ subjective understanding of the regulations alone.
Dr. King’s Forensic System and Conflict of Interest
Another contentious issue involves Dr. King’s patented system used to determine whether a healthcare provider violated controlled substances laws. This system allegedly creates perverse incentives, as Dr. King incorporates statements made during his testimonies into his standards, potentially targeting more providers and securing additional contracts as a government expert and insurance consultant.
Challenging Dr. King’s Expertise: Misrepresentation of Studies and Opioid Equivalencies
Debunking the “Thou Shall Not Exceed 90 MME” Assertion
Further questions arose about Dr. King’s expertise when he cited studies to support his claims but seemingly misrepresented the evidence presented in those studies.
Additionally, his reliance on morphine milligram equivalents (MME) as a standard for opioid prescriptions was critiqued, as such equivalencies lack scientific rigor and fail to account for inter- and intrapatient variability.
Dr. King’s emphatic statement that opioids should never exceed 90 MME was challenged, as this absolute limit conflicts with existing FDA and DEA policies. The lack of scientific evidence supporting this claim and the discrepancy with current prescription practices raise questions about Dr. King’s credibility.

Several agencies act in collusion with one another and operate in a web of mutual channels to snare, strategize, sealing arrests, ensuring eventual prosecution and indictments against professional Medical Doctors, Dentists, and Pharmacists.
They participate in the purchase of evidence, payment for information, surveillance, undercover operations, and executing search warrants when working cases against “over prescribing doctors.”
Similar to the false and overworked narrative on crime, the War on Drugs laws are perpetrated – not against street-level pushers but individuals who have a high standing in the communities, offices with assets, expensive medical equipment, assets of cars, offices, and property.
Conclusion
A series of human rights violation
The case of Dr. Timothy E. King, the “Rat King,” serves as a cautionary tale about the potential pitfalls of expert testimony within the legal system. As the allegations against him highlight, pursuing justice requires a steadfast commitment to integrity, transparency, and adherence to scientific principles.
Only, Congressional Oversight and serious prison time, fines, imposed onto Dr. Timothy E. Kings, MD, and his entire staff and family through rigorous scrutiny and reform can the integrity of deceptive, fraudulent so-called expert testimony be preserved, ensuring that justice is served and the well-being of patients remains paramount.
