Asher sought help from F. Lee Bailey, a well-known attorney, who saw how Asher’s network of connections and understanding of the smuggling world could help the DEA.
What DEA got was a system targeting Doctors, and sending our best innovative medical providers to Long term Prison sentences. While the Public, got a $150 million of one humongus Poncey Data Platform Scheme bought and paid for by taxpayers of The United States of America which is …operational to this day!

While their true hidden agenda are focus on these medical providers assets. (especially if one is older and White).
The FOIA documents suggest that much of the intelligence was sourced from dubious informants or based on outdated information, raising serious questions about the reliability of the data underpinning these high-stakes decisions.
This casts a long shadow over the legitimacy of Asher’s entire approach, suggesting that his so-called intelligence-led operations were, in reality, built on a foundation of sand.
