Dr. Joseph Parker, MD et al.
the amazing double standard of dea-DOJ enforcement AND PRIVILEGE
“Over the last several years, I have been reviewing hundreds of physician prosecutions, trying to answer a simple question. How does the federal government get grand jury members to indict an innocent doctor? It turns out to be simple. You feed them false information.

I’m not talking about differences of opinion; I’m talking about allowing government witnesses to go in front of a grand jury and say things that records in the government’s possession prove are false.
Such is the recent case of Dr. Merrith Norris, now facing 300 years in prison, in which the DEA pursued a specific physician after their algorithm flagged her practice.

THE BOGUS WAR ON DRUGS IS THE BOGUS WAR ON PAIN CARE PHYSICIANS
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Dr. Merideth Norris, 53, of Kennebunk, distributed controlled substances to patients at her practice without a legitimate medical purpose and outside the usual course of professional practice.
Norris prescribed controlled substances even though some of these patients suffered from opioid use disorder, tested positive for addictive substances that were not prescribed to them, or appeared to be diverting the drugs into the community.
Norris was warned about her prescribing numerous times, including by pharmacists who refused to fill prescriptions she wrote and letters from an insurance company covering one of her patients.

Walmart pharmacies also issued a “central block,” or a nationwide ban, on filling prescriptions written by Norris. When asked by Maine’s Board of Osteopathic Licensure (the “Board”) to justify her prescribing, Norris submitted an incomplete patient file to the Board. Otherwise, he deceived the Board about her prescribing practices.
However, the failure in the Norris case can likely be attributed to her counsel’s lack of an expert medical witness on her behalf at the time of standing trial.

HOWEVER, SUCH DOJ-DEA ENFORCEMENT APPEAR NOT TO APPLY TO THE WHITEHOUSE PILL MILL MEDICAL UNIT LED THEN BY FORMER REAR ADMIRAL, NOW CONGRESSMAN DR. RONNY JACKSON, MD (R) TEXAS, UNDER SELECTIVE ETHNIC PROTOCOLS

It turns out that while American citizens and physicians were being targeted for daring to need or prescribe pain medications, those in power had access to an unlimited supply of fentanyl, oxycodone, morphine, and hydrocodone.

Not only was this done without valid prescriptions or records but, in many cases, without annotation of who was getting the medication.

It further turns out that from 2017 to 2019, as the federal government was trumpeting its dedication to the war on drugs, the White House spent $98,000 on Provigil, a stimulant that keeps you awake, and another $46,500 on Ambien because, as most rock stars know, if you use an upper to keep going, you’ll need a downer to get some sleep later.

Notwithstanding the large amount of FDA-approved Cocaine HCL and Fentanyl Citrate.

Now, I can understand having classified records for the president and cabinet so our national enemies won’t know when they are off their game, especially when both candidates right now are octogenarians, but that’s not what this is about.

I’M BATMAN
!!WE GOT THIS!!
(DRUG DEALER IN WHITE COAT???NA, NA)

According to the Inspector General’s report, complaints were made that a senior military medical officer was engaged in improper medical practices. It is important to understand that most such complaints are made by disgruntled patients who were denied what they wanted or by angry staff members out for revenge over some workplace slight, but all must be looked into, and these were.

The OIG found that, except for the White House Medical Unit, all executive medical clinics had avoided procuring, storing, or dispensing controlled medications, relying instead on military treatment facilities for this responsibility.
All of these had functioned in accordance with Department of Defense regulations regarding controlled medications. But not the White House.
