Walgreens Pharmacy Tech spill the beans on bad prescription practices against pain patients
EXPOSING DOJ-DEA MANIPULATION OF DATA ANALYTIC-JUNK SCIENCE
DEA’S STRONG-ARMING OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION
The canary in the coal mine is a metaphor alluding to the initial sign of an impending calamity. An apt metaphor for what just transpired. Recently, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) issued a public safety alert informing the public about a “sharp increase in fake prescription pills containing Fentanyl and Meth[amphetamines].”
The alert was the canary in the coal mine, but the impending calamity is not what we are led to believe. We have known of a rise in counterfeit prescription pills for many years. It was a rise induced directly by DEA policies inflicted upon patients.

“THE DEA ORCHESTRATED A CULTURE OF FEAR THAT CAN BE DESCRIBED AS MEDICAL MCCARTHYISM, IN WHICH THE FEAR OF PROSECUTION DEFINED THE QUALITY OF CARE.”

The impending calamity is not the risks counterfeit pills pose to the public but the legal liability the DEA faces for its failed policies.
For years federal agencies and physician advocacy groups remained in lockstep on the causes of the opioid epidemic. We heard it all: lax prescription guidelines, overprescribing by willing physicians, and the addictive nature of opioids.

CREATING A CULTURE OF FEAR AND INTIMIDATION, WHY DON’T THEY TURN OVER THE DATA???

A Federal Jury acquitted Dr. Lesly Pompy of unlawful prescribing, healthcare fraud, and maintaining a drug involved premises after a month long trial. Dr. Pompy was represented by Ronald Chapman II of the Chapman Law Group and founder of Chapman Consulting Group. He was also represented by George Donnini and Joe Richotte of Butzel Long.
Misleading and Inadequate UNDERSTANDING MACHIAVELLIAN MINDSET ARE THE Basis for IndictmentS
Dr. Lesly Pompy, an anesthesiologist and pain management specialist, endured wrongful indictment and professional harassment driven by misleading information and procedural violations.
“..Richard Nixon’s presidency, marked by political manipulation, was toppled through transparency and accountability, highlighting the power of a free press and judicial integrity..”
His case, marked by allegations of controlled substance distribution and healthcare fraud from which he was acquitted, parallels the historical struggle against Machiavellian leaders—those who use deceit and manipulation to maintain power. By drawing lessons from successful historical opposition to such leaders, Dr. Pompy’s quest for justice and compensation can be strengthened.
Understanding the Machiavellian Mindset
To oppose a Machiavellian leader effectively, one must first understand the core tenets of Machiavelli’s philosophy. “The Prince” emphasizes the importance of power, control, and the sometimes necessary use of unethical tactics to achieve and maintain authority.
Machiavelli argued that politics often involves deception and treachery, and that a ruler’s questionable actions could be excused if they resulted in stability and benefit for the state.
The indictment against Dr. Pompy was based on misleading and inaccurate information, primarily driven by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and MANTIS, represented by Marc Moore and Brian Bishop.
The conspiracy alleged that Dr. Pompy’s clinic issued an excessive number of prescriptions, portrayed as medically unnecessary without proper evaluation of his patient demographics and the nature of his practice.
The clinic’s high volume of prescriptions was justified by the severe and chronic pain conditions of his patients, many of whom were referred by other physicians due to Dr. Pompy’s specialized expertise in pain management.
Unfortunately, these purported causes proved erroneous at best or deliberately misrepresented at worst. And implementation of policies based on these causes led to a rise in suicide and clinical stigmatization among chronic pain and anxiety patients and patients with substance use dependencies.

37th President of the United States: 1969 ‐ 1974
Historical Example: The Fall of Richard Nixon
The Fall of Richard Nixon: The Watergate scandal of the 1970s is a prime example of how transparency and accountability can topple a Machiavellian leader.
President Richard Nixon, known for his political manipulation, was forced to resign after journalists, supported by a free press and robust investigative institutions, uncovered his involvement in illegal activities.
This episode highlights the power of a free press and judicial integrity in countering deceit.

Similarly, exposing the misleading information and procedural violations in Dr. Pompy’s case through robust legal strategies and media engagement can challenge the unjust actions against him.

from David Smith:
” My, God. I saw that Released Records HFPP White Paper and presentation, and became sick at my stomach.
The allegation in my complaint is not only true, but they are using the corrupt CDC Guidelines and false narrative to engage in a conspiracy to commit torture and mass murder.
I did not claim conspiracy, because that is a hard hurdle to jump through legally, but their own documents show the clear truth, just like the ones I cited from government websites”
Leverage International Support: In the globalized world, international pressure and support can be influential. Engaging with international organizations, seeking support from democratic nations, and utilizing global platforms to highlight abuses can isolate Machiavellian leaders and reduce their ability to wield power unchecked.
