THE SAGA OF DR. WALTER F. WRENN III, MD
“…WE CAN WIN WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER AGAINST INJUSTICES…”
“…If you look at criminal law, individuals are entitled to a speedy trial. There are set periods in the legal system, but none for individuals accused in healthcare cases. Because of this, a “Comprehensive Strategy” is necessary.
There has to be a targeted approach with guidelines developed by the NMA. Every case has to be evaluated and decided based on facts. Accusers cannot be anonymous. The accused has to be given a chance to defend themselves...
“…I Never Lost My Praise…”
…There is a song that had an impact on me. The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir sings it. The title is “I Never Lost My Praise.” In it are four of the most famous phrases: I never lost my hope, I never lost my joy, I never lost my faith, and most of all, I never lost my praise. This song represents what I’ve been clinging to since I was unfairly arrested on February 17th, 2021.
We must never lose hope. If we do that, then the enemy has won before the battle begins. So, if you, like me, have been unfairly accused, never give up...”

THE “DEA” TERM RED FLAG
The DEA has set up a system of de facto discrimination through Cognitive Dissonance, which encourages Pharmacists to profile patients by the Processes of “RED FLAGGING.” The term Red Flag has no statutory meaning in the areas of pharmacy and or within the medical profession.
Those pharmacists who merely question these DEA policies risk loss of employment and/or administrative sanctions. The DEA can impose these errant actions because they possess unchecked authority and weapons and the ability to intimidate by seizing property and assets. That these DEA policies are applied so arbitrarily makes them discriminatory.
THE OPIOID CRISIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE HOAX: DATA DOESN’T SUPPORT OXYCONTIN WAS THE CAUSE OF THE OPIOID CRISIS; PURDUE WAS UNFAIRLY TARGETED
FROM VICE ONLINE MAGAZINE:
Couple Died by Suicide After the DEA Shut Down Their Pain Doctor
The DEA alleges Dr. David Bockoff, MD, prescribed “alarmingly high dosages” of opioids to multiple patients, posing an “imminent danger” to the public. The doctor—who does not currently face any criminal charges—is attempting to fight back in civil court, denying any misconduct and alleging that DEA agents are the ones responsible for harming the public by effectively shutting down his practice with no consideration for people who relied on medications he prescribed.
“Much like a diabetic is dependent on insulin,” Bockoff’s attorneys wrote in their court filing,
“taking away the controlled substances allowed only by prescription from a DEA registered physician can be life-threatening.”
One of Bockoff’s patients who relied on fentanyl was Danny Elliott, a 61-year-old native of Warner Robins, Georgia.
In March 1991, Elliott was nearly electrocuted to death when a water pump he was using to drain a flooded basement malfunctioned, sending high-voltage shocks through his body for nearly 15 minutes until his father intervened to save his life.
Danny Elliott, once a basketball star in high school and class president, was never the same after the accident, which left him with debilitating, migraine-like headaches. Elliott spent days on end in a darkened bedroom, unable to bear sunlight or the sound of the outdoors.
Found out today that the good ol’ DEA has shut down my Pain Dr. – the 3rd time I’ve lost a Dr to #DEAth. Even though I knew this would happen at some point, I’m stunned. Now I can’t get ANY pain relief as a #cpp. So, I’m officially done w/ the US HC system. 1/
Bockoff had practiced medicine in California for 53 years with no record of disciplinary action or complaints with the state medical board, according to the Pain News Network, which reported the DEA searched the doctor’s office about a year ago. The DEA took, but eventually returned, some patient records.
In court filings, lawyers for the DEA said Bockoff’s patients needed treatment because of “his unsafe practices contributing to their opioid dependency and addiction,” adding that “while it would be regrettable that Dr. Bockoff’s patients may face hardships,” there are other resources available, such as detox and rehab programs.
For those #cpp who are still getting Rx pain meds, enjoy it while you can. DEA is laughing at SCOTUS. As for me, only God knows what happens now. Sending
For the patients and their advocates, the notion that they were addicts or victims is absurd. One wrote a letter to the court in Los Angeles saying the doctor’s care had given them a new lease on life.
After the DEA suspension, the patients who arrived at Bockoff’s office received a list of emergency rooms in the LA area where they could be treated—not for their pain issues, but for their severe withdrawal symptoms from losing their prescriptions.
“…in sickness and in health until death does us part…”
Danny Elliott and his wife Gretchen, 59, were frantically trying to find another doctor. He texted his brother, Jim Elliott, saying he was “praying for help but not expecting it.”
Jim, a former city attorney for Warner Robins who is now in private practice, was traveling when he received his brother’s message. They made plans to talk later in the week after Danny had visited a local physician for a consultation. In subsequent messages, Danny told Jim that Gretchen had contacted more than a dozen doctors. Each one had responded, saying they would not take him as a patient.
the saga of Danny and Gretchen
Jim recalled sensing in Danny “a level of desperation I hadn’t seen before.” Then, on the morning of Nov. 8, he woke up to find what he called “a suicide email” from his brother. Jim called the local police department in Warner Robins to request a welfare check. The officers arrived a few minutes before 8:30 a.m. to find both Danny and Gretchen dead inside their home.
A police report obtained by VICE News lists a handgun as the only weapon found at the scene. Warner Robins police said additional records could not be released because the case is “still active.” The department issued a press release calling the deaths a “dual suicide.”
