We cannot fail to do our duty as healthcare providers to report the deleterious inhumanity effect of Ms. Brandy R. McMillion in which thousands of innocent chronic pain patients have suffered. Most notably thousands more have been systematically put to death by her treachery and malignant over ambitions.
Brandy McMillion has looked only to further her reach into higher legal status by criminalizing medical procedures, protocols and practices, forsaking the theories of medical science research and math.

Dr. Hersh D. Patel lied on the witness stand in federal court under oath. he told the jury that before he went and called the FBI after his very first day of his very first job, he called his former pain fellowship program Director at New York university, Dr. Christopher Gharibo,and talked with him about his concerns with the Pain Center after his first day in the job.
He said that Dr. Gharibo validated The idea of going to the authorities and snitching on Dr. Bothra as he believed this was the right thing to do. He also called his former pain fellowship program Director his mentor.
In a hilarious twist of fate, Dr. Gharibo Turned out to be Dr. Bothra’s expert witness and when he got to the stand he said that he never talk with Dr. Patel about the pain center and that he was not Patel’s mentor. So that little lie he told Underoath blew up right in his face,

- Dr. David Lewis, 44, of Detroit
- Dr. Christopher Russo, 53, of Birmingham.
Dr. Eric Backos, 68, of Bloomfield Hills and Dr. Ronald Kufner, 68, of Ada, pleaded guilty early on and are scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 25.
These Physicians used their extensive training to treat legitimate pain patients. The Government has charged Dr. Russo with practicing medicine and billing for his services. These are not crimes.
There was no billing fraud present here, these were medically necessary procedures that are commonly done, and pain medication was appropriately prescribed following the procedure, not as the Government alleges, outside the usual course of professional medical practice, but indeed in the course of the practice of medicine. “
