The United States of America repeatedly wags its finger at other countries like China for their ethnic atrocities and boasts that the U. S. is the land of opportunity for all.  But we, minorities, who live in America know that it is a lie…a big lie.

Unlike Russia, America currently wages a war against its own citizens, particularly those of color.  This is not only those of low socioeconomic standing but also the America’s most accomplished minorities.

Doctors of color have clawed their way out of the bucket of crabs through hard work, patience, and talent.  But the United States rewards this well-earned success with incarceration for supposed drug dealing.[1] ust like the lie of American meritocracy, so is the drug war based on lies.  

For example, the attached Ex. 1 DAWN (Drug Abuse Warning Network) Report, which supposedly showed the increasing danger of prescription drug misuse, is an example of the pseudo science used to support those lies.  

CREATING THE FOUNDATION FOR THE BIG LIE

However, if you look at the fine print, you see that “A drug misuse death is defined as a drug-related death caused by drugs, overmedication, all other accidental causes, and where the cause could not be determined” (pg1 of 4).  This means that if a piano falls on top of you, then you were counted as a drug misuse death.[2]  

If that were not enough, “This report also includes all deaths related to drug misuse where an opiate (including natural and synthetic opiates) contributed to the death.  Opiates include prescription pain medications as well as heroin, which is included because its metabolite cannot always be distinguished from the metabolites of other opiates.”  

This means that EVERYONE who died of heroin, is assumed & included in statistics for drug misuse death that SAMSHA & the DEA claims was due to prescriptions written by physicians.

But that’s not all because “The drugs acquired through legitimate prescriptions cannot be differentiated from diverted prescription medications or illicit drugs because information on the source is not available.”  

This means that there is no way to know whether misused drugs originate from theft of warehouses or trucks versus actually prescribed from physicians.  Indeed the entire claim that “pill mills” are responsible for the drug addiction, deaths, and morbidity is fake science.

There are a LOT of problems with these so-called studies such as that they used only six states to represent the entire country, as well as common myths as described on their website at the time (eg, presumption of drug misuse was not even based on any testing, like of blood or urine).[3]  

Nowadays the DAWN report does not reveal to its readers the absurd assumptions that would reveal its deception.  Why?   Because of DEA & SAMSHA greed.

Since 2003 when this DAWN report was being fabricated, the DEA budget has increased from $1.892 Billion to $3.28 Billion in 2021, almost doubling by this point. (https://www.dea.gov/data-and-statistics/staffing-and-budget).  

But their real bonus are seizures & forfeitures (eg; >$500Mil in a single year of just cash seizures).[4]  For SAMSHA, their budget has increased from FY 2003 of $3.2 Billion[5] to >$10 Billion in 2023, more than tripling.[6]  

So the DEA & SAMSHA stole Billions from taxpayers, including minorities, based on lies but they do not go to prison for fraud.  They are white so get promotions, bonuses, & are called heroes, especially the more people of color they take down.[7]  For example, despite repeated misconduct[8] the DEA rarely punishes their own.[9]

Instead  the DoJ, DEA, SAMSHA & others chose to put the blame on successful minorities like doctors as scapegoats to take the fall for their fabricated drug crisis.  

In fact, although white men comprise the majority of doctors in America including those who treat pain, BY FAR the majority of those persecuted by the DEA/DoJ were minorities.[10]  Even those whites that were chosen to be targeted were homosexuals, women, Jewish, serving communities of color, or speaking out against the establishment which the mainstream whites did not like.  

Who were white were those who testified against the medical professionals of color, such as supposed experts who were not actually experts & in many cases were less qualified than those who they were testifying against.[11]  

There has been >2,000 medical professionals persecuted by our United States government, who are overwhelmingly minorities.[12]  

Meanwhile, while narcotic prescriptions have reduced dramatically, drug abuse, morbidity, & mortality has increased.[13]  In fact, even though methadone was under complete control by the DEA & only 2% of all painkiller prescriptions, it was responsible for 1/3rd of all deaths.[14]  So prescriptions by doctors were never responsible for the drug crisis.  And the feds had every opportunity to stop any drug crisis.[15]

Overdose deaths have increased because overreach by the DEA on doctors have caused patients with poor pain control to resort to street drugs which cause five times more deaths than pills.[16]  The tremendous amount of narcotics being stolen or lost NOT the prescriptions written by doctors.[17] Only 22-35% of those misusing pain meds receive them from their doctors & only 1-8% of those who take pills for chronic pain become addicted.[18] 

Fentanyl has been responsible for many deaths for many years[19] but the DEA has dragged its feet addressing it because each time abuse & deaths increase so does their budget, seizures, & forfeitures.  To this day, the DoJ has done little to curb the theft, loss, & unaccountability of manufacturers & distributors of narcotics while pointing the finger at doctors.  

Remember that in Dr. Terence Sasaki, MD’s case, the DoJ/DEA claimed Dr. Sasaki confessed to them in June of 2007 in an unrecorded interrogation, but still renewed his DEA narcotics registration, removed the restriction that he could only use it in State/Federal institutions, & only arrested those Dr. Sasaki had warned them about in April of 2010, allowing >1 Million more narcotic pills onto the street.[20]  

In fact, the DEA has been solely responsible for the drug crisis this entire time.  Why?  Because they have ultimate control over ALL legal drugs manufactured in the U.S.[21]  Since 1973, the DEA has ultimate authority, guaranteed by statute, over how many legal narcotics are manufactured in the U.S. & they regulate or are supposed to regulate every aspect of narcotics.[22] 

So if they tell a manufacturer like Purdue Pharma of the Sackler family, that they can only make ten Oxycontins for the entire year, that’s all Purdue can make.  Do you think there would be any deaths from Oxycontins if 330 Million Americans had to share ten pills a year of OxyContin?[23]

The DoJ, DEA, & SAMSHA are responsible for the drug crisis, deaths, & addictions.

But there was a problem, the DEA officials were getting golden parachute jobs with the Big Pharm companies after they earned it by allowing pharmaceuticals to manufacture as much narcotics as they wanted.[24]  In fact, >50 DEA officials have been hired by Big Pharma to ensure the money flow.[25]  

And the Sackler family made Billions.[26]  Were they forced to pay for their greed?  No, they didn’t even face criminal charges because they were white.[27]  They did pay white politicians & the DoJ/DEA.[28]  White people make, sell, & use drugs but they don’t go to prison because White makes Right in America.[29]  All they have to do is blame the minorities for every problem.  

Are white people evil?  No, or at least not most of them.  But they are indisputably in charge of the all three branches of US government,[30] as well as the DoJ, the DEA, & SAMSHA.  So whites are responsible for the drug epidemic and the biggest profiteers.  They also falsely portray themselves as both heroes & victims[31] while deceptively characterizing minorities as the problem & the perpetrators.[32]  Until we Americans embrace the truth, the drug epidemic will never end.[33] 

The problem is that even whites are being fed a false narrative that their government is not racist & that minorities are blowing things out of proportion by playing the race card too much.

We asked more than a dozen media outlets, which claim to support “Diversity & Inclusion”, “those left out of traditional power structures”, “serve a diverse audience with stories that matter to them”, “exposes the harms of a criminal legal system entrenched in centuries of systemic racism”, etc to collaborate & publish this article but they absolutely refused.  Some even said “We highly encourage BIPOC writers, incarcerated and formerly incarcerated writers, and other writers who face systemic barriers to pitch” stories.  

MEDIA MISLEADING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC ONTO THE TIPPING POINT OF STUPIDITY

The problem…these media sources were owned or run by whites.  We are not certain if every single media source owned &/or run by whites would refuse to inform the public of the important issues in this article but all of them we approached have.  

But people are becoming more aware that whites like to blame minorities for problems but are unwilling to accept the blame themselves due in part due to white fragility.[34]

One may be wondering why we know this to be a racial issue & may point to statistics like the number of whites who are sent to prison to dispute the claim that our American government is racist.  However these statistics are falsified.  Yes, in fact the true number of whites sent to prison by U.S. law enforcement is deliberately inflated to falsely portray that whites are sending whites to prison.

For example, Dr. Sasaki is completely Asian by birth, blood, & appearance.  However, according to official court & prison records (see the attached Ex.2 PreSentence Investigation Report or “PSR” pg2), Dr. Sasaki has been officially classified as “White, Non-Hispanic”.  

Despite being sent ~14,000 miles back & forth to prisons across the country during “diesel therapy” OH to NY to NJ to NY to OK to NV to CA to NV to HI to NV to OK to OH in less than 4 years, the prison & federal court staff, who were led by & overwhelmingly white, absolutely refused to change this obvious error.  Why?  

Because they ALL knew that Dr. Sasaki was there to bolster numbers of “white” people in prison to falsely defend against charges of racism.  They are all “in on it.”  That is the real reason that the courts dogmatically deny exoneration for Dr. Sasaki.  To prevent you from learning the truth.

Was Dr. Sasaki the only doctor of color targetted?  No, compiled statistics showed the majority of the >2000 doctors targeted by our U.S. government for prosecution were overwhelmingly minorities.[35]  

Should you be surprised that the U.S. Government is lying to all of us to the detriment of even its most accomplished citizens like doctors?  No, because they have done it before.

There have been reports of UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) perhaps since the existence of man.[36]  There has been many credible reports.[37] 

DEA: ARMED WITH BADGES, GUNS, AND PROFOUND STUPIDITY

However, America has repeatedly claimed that they did not exist,[38] covered them up,[39] fabricated false narratives to explain them away,[40] even while throwing numerous accomplished citizens such as military aviators, astronomers, & scientists under the bus.[41] 

Whether they were decorated war hero veterans or the most renown & highly acclaimed scientists, they lost their jobs, lost their families, lost their minds, lost their freedom, lost their reputations, lost their status, lost their money, etc because of the U.S. Government.  

This deliberate deception has caused the number of people who actually believe in UFOs to fluctuate from a low of 47% in 1990 to as high as 57% in 1978 or 56% in 2019.[42]  Throughout that time, more than 2/3rds of the population consistently believed that the U.S. Government was withholding information.[43]  And they were right.

Department of Injustice to believe that doctors should be able to identify between an agent or fake patient

The U.S. finally told the truth about UFOs, calling them UAPs (unidentified aerial phenomenon) without so much as apologizing or trying to repair any of the many lives the government had destroyed.[44]  

After their revelation, they were able to move on to receive more data to educate instead of misinform the world.[45]  Many believed that the cover up had caused America & the general public great harm.[46]  

What we should learn about the UFO/UAP situation is that our American government is fully willing to throw its own citizens, even accomplished ones, under the bus for decades, based on lies & fabricated truth despite the harm both to society as well as to individual citizens.  This is what we have with the fabricated drug epidemic.  

Juries are deceived by the Department of Injustice to believe that doctors should be able to tell when an agent or fake patient comes in & pretends to have pain as if there is an objective test or tell tale sign.  However, in fact, “the gold standard for pain analysis currently relies on patients self-reporting how they feel”.[47] 

In other words, doctors, despite what government experts claim, are unable to reliably tell which patients are faking & which are actually experiencing pain.  

Despite the lack of evidence showing that people tend to exaggerate their pain, the false notion that they do makes many juries believe that they should send doctors to prison if they believe patients who happen to be lying & give them narcotics.  

Now, millions of Americans are suffering because they aren’t able to get their pain under control.[48]  They are resorting to illegal/street narcotics,[49] going international, or even committing suicide.[50]  

Still not convinced that the drug epidemic is racial?  

Blacks are 40% less likely to have their pain treated than whites (Latinx are 25% less likely) due in large part to 50% of white U.S. medical students & residents holding very dangerous & false beliefs about black people & pain (50% of medical students level of racial bias grew significantly mainly due to negative comments made by their senior colleagues against blacks). [51]

Even women are not immune to bias.Women not only had to wait longer than men for pain relief but also received less strong medications, with more receiving no pain relief at all than men.[52]  

In fact, it is now accepted science that US government regulation caused the drug epidemic.[53]  The  money-addicted DoJ, DEA, & SAMSHA is now going after Chain Drug Stores to blame them for the crisis.[54]

But they know that the Chain Drug Stores aren’t responsible either & shutting them down won’t solve the drug crisis because prescription drugs are not responsible.  

As we have discussed, the DoJ, DEA, & SAMSHA are actually responsible for this crisis & they are taking it to the bank, over & over again.[55]  

The solution: Simply change the incentives for SAMSHA, DoJ, & DEA.  

For example, make it so DEA employees can only earn bonuses if the drug deaths & addiction rates go down.  If you make sure to incentivize government employees to get the result you want, you will get results that you want.  

If you restrict bonuses to those prison employees who foster the least recidivism in their released inmates, you can guarantee that the rehabilitation programs at those prisons will be top notch.  

Make all seizures/forfeitures go to drug rehabilitation instead of the agencies & those agencies won’t just let crime happen hoping for a big seizure later on.  

Force all prosecutions of doctors to go through a committee of doctor peers (in other words not a bunch of non doctor white men or even rich white doctors who work at hospitals but women & minority docs who practice in the communities).  

Make a regulation that all agents are allowed only to arrest those of their own ethnicity & sex…you will see the rates of minorities being prosecuted drop rapidly.  There are many ways to solve the drug epidemic.  

The problem is that those agencies don’t actually want to solve the problem, so they will resist any attempt to change the incentive structure.  

While patients may be addicted to the drugs, the government is DEFINITELY addicted to the money.[56]  

Think about it, our government can fabricate supposed weapons of mass destruction to invade a country[57] (continuing our long country of overthrowing other countries…like the Hawaiian monarchy)[58] but we can’t do something about South American drug cartels & their drug producing fields?  

Meanwhile, we scold Russia because they invaded the Ukraine.[59]  Americans are the biggest hypocrites in the world.  

What type of regulations would help?

Every person who has credit cards know that they can double check what purchases have been made on the card.  But did you know that a doctor can’t check to see what narcotics have been issued in their DEA registration number?  

And while people can stop or reverse charges on their credit cards, we don’t know of a mechanism that doctors can use.  In fact, when Dr. Sasaki was practicing, a doctor’s DEA certificate could actually be printed out from the internet by anyone.  

The DEA could simply exercise their statutory authority to restrict how many narcotics can be produced, an ability they have had since their inception in 1973 & that would instantly solve the drug crisis.  

The DEA could just reduce the manufacturing quota of any company by twice the amount of drugs that are stolen, lost, or unaccounted for.  This would ensure that drug companies are more careful about their distribution channels like warehouses, trucks, & transit.  

We could have the DEA decide which patients require narcotics versus are drug seeking instead of doctors.   We as physicians should send our patients to the DEA to get a seal of approval to determine if they are fit for receiving narcotics because tons of DEA have testified as “experts” at our trials as supposedly knowing which patients are & aren’t.  

If the DEA refuse, this gives us a way to escape malpractice suits for not treating pain properly.  We can simply say that we aren’t drug investigators & are not equipped to ferret out drug diversion, so we can’t prescribe to anyone until they get the A-OK from the DEA.  If the patients want, they can sue the DEA in a class action suit under those circumstances.  

It does not take a genius to solve the drug crisis.
