FROM THE WRENN WRAP:
“THE IMPORTANCE OF DEPRIVING ONE OF KNOWLEDGE IS AN UNEDUCATED POPULATION IS MORE EASIER TO CONTROL”
DEAR UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL MR. MERRICK GARLAND,
THE DEA A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE ARMED WITH BADGES GUNS AND PROFOUND STUPIDITY
From The Libby Report:
There is a distinction— which seems especially difficult for law enforcement officials and policymakers to make—between “physical dependence” and “addiction.”
Accoding to L.J. Parker, Neil Anand, et al., October 28, 2024 article, How the DEA’s Use of Predictive Algorithms is Worsening crises in Urban Communities and Raising Suicide Rates Among African Americans
” The DEA’s use of AI-based predictive algorithms to monitor and prosecute doctors has disproportionately affected physicians serving low-income and minority populations. These algorithms scan prescription patterns, patient data, and geographic factors to identify doctors who are statistically more likely to be overprescribing opioids.
While the goal is to stop bad actors from contributing to the opioid crisis, the reality is that many legitimate doctors, particularly those serving African American and low-income communities, are being targeted. In urban communities where access to health care is already limited, the closure of clinics due to DEA crackdowns is a significant blow.
When doctors are charged or forced to close their practices, patients—many of whom are managing chronic pain, addiction recovery, or mental health issues—are left without medical care.
This not only deprives vulnerable individuals of necessary treatment but also forces them to seek illicit alternatives or suffer in silence.”
Politically ambitious, morally ambiguous, these individuals used the pretense of law to unleash lawlessness throughout the land, from the general public to the courts of law.
In guidelines 90, MME is mentioned as a goal. The DOJ/DEA has wrongly decided that these are not guidelines but laws or rules. At a recent trial, the government’s star witness Dr. Timothy King said that 90 MME’S was the “absolute” threshold when prescribing opiate pain medication. Nothing could be further from the truth.

THE DAILY REMEDY________
“We request a civil rights investigation into violations of healthcare rights for those disenfranchised during the opioid epidemic – in which the fear of prosecution defines the quality of patient care.”

THE TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF OPIATE MEDICATIONS AND HOW THEY WORK
The Mu receptor is responsible for euphoria and plays a major role in addiction. When the opiate loses its affinity for the receptor it reenters the circulation and is detoxified by the liver and eliminated from the body.
The rate of metabolism varies from individual to individual. It cannot be voluntarily controlled by anyone. Once activated it can’t be turned off. Addiction is a chronic disease and must be treated as such.
Addiction is not a crime. The other problem is what happens when a physician is arrested? I call it unintended consequences. When a person is on opiate pain medication they generally take their last medication on the day of their appointment or several days before their appointment.
When they show up for their appointment the doctors’ office is closed. Their doctor has been arrested. His medical license and DEA license have been seized. There is a sign on the door with a number to call. They quickly go into withdrawal, go to the streets, overdose, and die.

FOLLOW THE SCIENCE
This happened to 2 of my patients who were being treated for opiate addiction with Suboxone. Thousands of individuals have died as a result of physicians losing their medical and DEA licenses upon arrest and before conviction.

What profession or individual in the United States is guilty prior to a trial? I believe that there should be an immediate halt in all legal proceedings involving physician arrest and trial until these issues are resolved. Innocent people are dying.

GOD BLESS AMERICA
LAND of the FREE and BRAVE
Can you imagine all the people who have given life, limb, and sanity so that we all could all make our choices.
BUT some people have taken out power of choices away. PURE IGNORANCE by them!! These people have taken our choices by not even understanding or caring of the harm they’ve done. How would they feel if we could take just one of their choices away? People have died and suffered immensely so we would could make even the simplest of choices to be the LAND of the FREE and the BRAVE!!!!
I can’t get the opioids that would help relieve my pain but someone made it OK
For people to choose to smoke poison or to risk their life or even consume alcohol and risk everybody’s life around them!
Doctors can no longer treat their patients effectively nor can a pharmacist.
WHO gave these uneducated people the
right to relieve us of OUR EDUCATED CHOICES?????????
