THE MAIN CRIMINAL AT MAIN JUSTICE, FORMER AUSA KENNETH A. POLITE: THE SECOND UNCOVERING OF A CLINICAL PSYCHOPATH AND HIS ROGUE ABUSE OF POWER: PART-2 (UPDATED & A-I REVIEW) “WE WILL NEVER LOSE FAITH.”

“..Find out just what a people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress..”Frederick Douglas

WHEN THE MATH JUST DOESN’T ADD UP

FORMER AUSA KENNETH A. POLITE LED DOJ’S CRIMINAL WAR ON CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS

This article refocuses our attention on former AUSA Kenneth A. Polite, who was then heading the DOJ Opioid Task Force Unit, and contends that federal law enforcement and health agencies have relied on fundamentally flawed data to link prescription opioids to the national overdose crisis, and the math doesn’t add up.

Graph depicting the paradox of the opioid crisis from 2010 to 2023, showing the decline in prescription opioids and the simultaneous rise in overdose deaths, with an arrow pointing to the inversion point and a question about the relationship between prescribing and overdose rates.

The authors argue that the government has targeted medical professionals through prosecutorial misconduct and illegitimate regulatory guidelines, causing chronic pain patients to be abandoned by the healthcare system.

By highlighting the departure of high-ranking officials and the publication of new critical literature, the text aims to expose systemic errors in how the opioid epidemic is addressed.

This article review serves as a fervent call to action for legislative reform to protect clinicians’ rights and the welfare of suffering patients.

Think about it, People…On Kolodny and Prop…, the DOJ has adopted eugenics or Neo-Eugenics. As David SteinMD put it, they’ve resurrected and repackaged the old eugenic philosophy so that history doesn’t repeat itself, but it, sure enough, rhymes.….@marktwain

PRESCRIPTIONS NEVER, NEVER, NEVER FACTOR IN OVERDOSE DEATH AS AUSA KENNETH POLITE STEPS DOWN

A graphic titled 'The Pill Mill Myth' featuring the words 'NEVER', 'NEVER', and 'NEVER' prominently displayed. It discusses the misconception that prescriptions were the dominant factor in overdose deaths, referencing an analysis by Richard Lawhern, Ph.D.

According to Richard Lawhern, Ph.D.

Prescriptions have NEVER NEVER NEVER been the dominant factor in overdose deaths, not even during the pill mill era of 2000 to 2010. But the US CDC and anti-opioid zealots continue to lie and misrepresent the data and the science.

In the meantime, patients are being deserted, and community clinics are refusing to accept new patients for pain management. At least hundreds of patients have committed suicide, and thousands more are on the razor’s edge.

JOSHI UNCOVERS OPIOID TASK FORCE ILLEGALLY AND FLAWED CONCLUSIONS IN HIS NEW BOOK AS POLITE STEPS DOWN AFTER ADMITTING TO WSJ DATA ANALYTIC WERE WRONG

Prescription opioids are only one among at least seven defined factors, plus “unspecified” drugs, involved in drug overdose mortality. Since 2010, the volume of prescription opioids has dropped by over 50%. But mortality continues upward on an exponential curve. This inversion simply CANNOT happen if it is assumed that prescribing is responsible for any major component of the opioid crisis.

DEA will aggregate these numbers to find patterns, trends, statistical outliers—and put them into Targeting Packages.

In reality, although a small minority (under 0.6%) of pain patients may become dependent or addicted, this outcome is so rare that it gets lost in the noise of street drugs.

A line graph showing mortality rates per 100,000 people for various individual drugs from 1980 to 2016. The left panel (A) displays trends for heroin, prescription opioids, methadone, synthetic opioids, cocaine, unspecified narcotics, methamphetamine, and unspecified drugs. The right panel (B) shows the overall mortality rate trend for all drugs along with an exponential fit curve.

Dr. Richard Lawhern states:

“I am working with growing numbers of clinicians and patient advocates to force public repudiation and withdrawal of the 2022 revised CDC “guidelines” and the closely related Veterans Administration and DOD guidelines. You can help. Call your legislators and demand that they introduce legislation barring all three organizations from participating in public health policy for the treatment of pain. They lack both the expertise and the ethics to do a decent job fixing the mess they have already made. “

” Likewise, I have just completed a Podcast interview with Dr Kevin Pho, expanding on my recent paper, “Everything The Government Thinks It Knows About The Opioid Crisis is Wrong”.

The podcast will be available online on KevinMD after August 13.  This is the most widely read daily healthcare newsletter in the US, widely quoted by US media, and seen by more clinicians than any other publication of its type. ”
