The DEA Court, as designed, is unconstitutional, and any decisions handed down by this tribunal are unconstitutional. The DEA tribunal operates outside Federal Rules of Evidence and Civil Procedures and whose final decision is made by the DEA administrator, who the United States Senate confirms.
In 99% of cases, it is held in Arlington, VA. The Clients and their witnesses must travel to Virginia to seek justice.
DOJ-DEA law enforcement has quietly adopted the philosophy of eugenics in the use of Narcotics Analgesics in the treatment of chronic and Acute pain.

The DEA enforces two sets of laws: federal laws and DEA laws. Federal laws include constitutional protections and guidelines, while DEA laws include tacit laws. Yes, the DEA has its court system.
The DEA court serves as an administrative court for certified federal officers. What is unique about the DEA courts is that the DEA judge signs criminal search warrants.
When the items are seized, the hearing is an administrative hearing. What makes this so confusing is that there is no clear distinction between criminal and DEA law enforcement. All DEA cases in these court proceedings are solely based on the “numbers of Pills” received and filled.
