Letter from Mark Ibsen, MD;

Dear Dr. Norm:
From March 2025 to April 2025, I attended Dr. Neil K. Anand, MD. trial in the court of Judge Chad Kenny in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Sometime in April 2025, I received a subpoena from the Montana U.S. Attorney for every controlled substance prescription I had written in my career dating from 1980. After a month of back-and-forth, my attorney, Mr. Flannery, negotiated a final subpoena for a total of 22 patients. Over the last year, three different assistant U.S. attorneys handled this case, and ultimately the subpoena was declared satisfied.

DERIVATIVE EVIDENCE:

WHERE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LINES COMPLETELY BLUR
In June 2026, I went to Washington, DC, with Bob Sheerin and many APDF volunteers. On 5 June, a DEA agent from Billings, Montana, filed a complaint with the Board of Medicine in Colorado. The Board of Medicine in Montana received a copy and immediately pulled four complaints off the shelf that had been gathering dust for 2 1/2 years. The Montana Board of Medicine called a screening panel hearing on August 14, during my family reunion in Attica, New York.

That meeting was a kangaroo Court shit show. No evidence was introduced, and I was not allowed to speak. They found at that screening panel hearing that there was “reasonable cause” to sanction me, even though they reviewed none of the evidence.

Here are the cases:
The state of Maine demanded I cease and desist prescribing to Brandy Stokes and Cathy Wiley. They wanted it done suddenly, which would’ve broken a law in Maine regarding Patient abandonment. Both patients had been moved to Different care in different states within six weeks of the cease and desist letter
The State of Oregon filed a complaint against my license as well, regarding two patients in Oregon.
When they initially began to investigate the case, I called the State of Oregon, and I was told I was not under investigation.
Another patient in Indiana got scared when I was going through a screening panel hearing in December 2023. She took an overdose of Valium that had been written by her psychiatrist. She survived it. She no longer lives in Indiana and she is no longer my patient. The board of medicine was never involved.

Anglea Greene, writes:
“…This is a powerful quote from a pain doctor who was targeted and imprisoned. This quote comes from the archived material I received from journalist Barbara Reynolds. She conducted this interview in the eighties. I interviewed Dr. Mark Ibsen on 10/9/26; he’s also a pain doctor whose license was seized last week, and he echoes these challenges for pain doctors and pain patients. #LegalizedExtortion “The war on drugs has gone from Pablo Escobar to the patients’ sick room and hospital bed…”
…..Doctor’s name unknown
The Board of Medicine notified me there was a fourth complaint sent to me from the State of California Board of Medicine or Pharmacy. I don’t know which because I’ve never seen the complaint. I never received it. They never gave me notice. The screening panel met on August 14th, found reasonable cause, and accused me of all of the sanctions that they had listed in the menu they had me on.

At the screening panel itself, they could not suspend my license because each of these cases had matured for 2 1/2 years without action.
On September 23, 2026, the Board of Medicine received a fifth complaint from Ms. Shannon Went. Evidently, she’s a Prime Therapeutics employee and a pharmacy tech taking an online criminology course that started in April 2026.

This complaint is vague and inept. No evidence is presented. Ms. Went lied when she claimed she conducted an investigation, but she never contacted me or any of the patients referenced in the complaint. Keep in mind that the complaint names no patients.

The board of Medicine rushed to form another screening panel. This occurred on October 14. Dr. Guyer chaired the meeting. At the end of the meeting, shockingly, they all decided to suspend my license over this case. No evidence was presented that any patient was harmed. The interested Reider should know that I’ve been operating under the COVID emergency guidelines issued by the DEA in 2021 and renewed each year, now scheduled to expire in June 2027.

My defense of each of these cases is that it’s impossible for me to know which state it’s legal to prescribe in under these federal guidelines. Two states let me know that they don’t want me prescribing: Main and Oregon.
The patients in Maine in Oregon referred to are no longer in Maine or Oregon. The Indiana Patient is no longer in Indiana and is no longer my patient.

Regarding the State of California complaint, I still haven’t seen it yet.Miss Went’s complaint has no specifics or data I can respond to. She clearly did not examine the patients. She’s clearly not a patient of mine with standing to file a complaint And in her complaint, she says I “may have” Engaged in insurance fraud or other violations, but does not specifically accuse me of anything.
It is certainly not the kind of a complaint a licensed can or should be suspended over.
Thanks, Dr. Norm, DDS, RPh.

THE ATTEMPTED RAILROADING OF DR. NORMAN J. CLEMENT, RPH, DDS Rather than dismissing those with rare, agonizing conditions as psychosomatic cases, Tennant/Clement identified neuroinflammation as the underlying cause and developed a specialized three-component protocol focused on healing tissue rather than just masking symptoms. The narrative highlights both Tennant and Clement’s resilience following a wrongful government raid on their practices, illustrating how they transformed from a clinical provider into a global educator for the “abandoned” through their research foundation and blogs.

Thank you for always having a willingness to go against mainstream theory. Medical history will prove him right. But, most importantly, to his wife of many years, I know that you may have been a major driving force in his life. Truly, very sorry for your loss
EFFECTIVE MEDICAL DEVICE STERILIZATION. The source highlights a sharp divide between the prosecution’s claims of device reuse and defense records showing an inventory of 40,000 sterile instruments, as well as adherence to high-level disinfection standards for multi-use tools. By documenting issues such as unreliable government data, biased expert witnesses, and the destruction of evidence by federal agents, the report challenges the legitimacy of the conviction.
