THE FLAWED PREMISE
The central thesis advanced in our giving the public full disclosure, along with overwhelming material, is that U.S. opioid policy, driven by the 2016 CDC Guidelines, is based on a flawed premise that misidentifies prescription medication as the primary driver of the crisis and the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) actions against pain management physicians through a broader danger of algorithmic governance.
