WE OPPOSE AND REJECT PENNSYLVANIA GOVERNOR JOSH SHAPIRO AS A CANDIDATE TO BE THE RUNNING MATE AS VICE PRESIDENT
INTRODUCTION
Josh Shapiro: A Questionable Choice for Vice Presidential Pick for Kamala Harris
The potential vice presidential candidacy of Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro under Kamala Harris’ ticket has sparked debate, particularly concerning his handling of high-profile cases against Dr. Emmanuel Okolo, Dr. Mohanad Fallouh, and Dr. Walter Wrenn.
The legal proceedings against these medical professionals raise questions about Shapiro’s competence and judgment, casting doubt on his suitability for higher office.

1.Governor Josh Shapiro is a DIABOLICAL threat to Healthcare Providers and Patients in all of America.
2.As Attorney General of Pennsylvania he opposed Heathcare Providers under the June 27, 2022, the United States Supreme Court ruled 9-0 ” Ruan-Khan vs. United States, “…that a physician could not be charged with a crime for prescribing medication they are authorized to prescribe…”
Despite this ruling, individuals remain incarcerated or in the criminal justice system. When will justice be done?
...Walter F. Wrenn, III, MD
FACTS
The Prosecution of Dr. Walter Wrenn

Dr. Walter Wrenn faced severe charges, including drug delivery resulting in death, prescribing outside the good faith practice of medicine, and submitting false information for obtaining authorization for services under Medical Assistance. Keystone First, an Independence Company, reported discrepancies in Wrenn’s patient files and claimed that his prescribing practices contributed to patient deaths and hospitalizations.

Despite the seriousness of these allegations, there are contentions that the investigation and prosecution were influenced by Keystone First’s interests.
The refusal by Shapiro’s office to provide requested documentation regarding the charges against Dr. Wrenn and the involvement of Keystone First further complicates the narrative. Shapiro’s public comments on the case, suggesting that Wrenn’s practices were directly responsible for patient deaths, appear to lack substantiated medical evidence, undermining the credibility of the prosecution.

Dr. Walter F. Wrenn, III, MD
“I studied the 1924 case and realized that that ruling applies today and is included in the CSA. The Supreme Court overturned the conviction that the doctor was innocent because he had prescribed the medication for legitimate medical reasons.

The CSA says that the physician can prescribe a controlled medication as long as it is for a professional purpose and a legitimate medical reason.
CERTIFIED PUBLIC DOCUMENT
The Case Against Dr. Okolo and Dr. Fallouh
Dr. Emmanuel Okolo and Dr. Mohanad Fallouh were accused of operating a corrupt organization, engaging in Medicaid fraud, identity theft, and violating the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act from January 2015 to May 2017.
The investigation began with allegations that Dr. Okolo was writing medically unnecessary prescriptions without seeing patients.
This was expanded to include Dr. Fallouh, affiliated with Okolo’s practice, leading to charges of fraudulent activities.

when progressive stupidity muzzles the microphone vs COMPETENT media that matters
The prosecution, led by Shapiro’s office, claimed that the doctors had written 1,009 fraudulent prescriptions for oxycodone and Xanax, with a street value of nearly $2 million.
These prescriptions were purportedly written for patients whom the doctors had never met, leading to a grand jury indictment.
However, the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court jury acquitted Dr. Okolo and Dr. Fallouh on charges of Medicaid fraud, identity theft, and conspiracy to administer a controlled substance.
Despite Shapiro’s public statements emphasizing the gravity of the opioid crisis and the alleged role of these doctors in exacerbating it, the jury’s verdict contradicted the prosecution’s narrative.
This more than clearly raises serious questions about the robustness of the case presented by Shapiro’s office and his overall effectiveness in handling such significant legal matters.

“..As a result of the attack on him–an innocent doctor doing everything the government recommended in his clinics–Dr. Anand became a researcher. He uncovered the actual government protocol for choosing doctors to attack, and can show how they have created junk science including a criminal forensics tool that had no reliability or validity verification..”

REMEMBER THE BATTLE OVER KENSINGTON
“Under Pennsylvania Atty General, Josh Shapiro a particular form is evidence laundering, where one police officer obtains evidence via means that are in violation of the Fourth Amendment‘s protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and then passes it on to another officer, who builds on it and gets it accepted by the court under the good-faith exception as applied to the second officer.[2]
This practice gained support after the Supreme Court’s 2009 Herring v. United States decision.[2]
These two rulings are the same. Our attorneys have failed to argue that we prescribed the controlled medication for a professional purpose and a legitimate medical reason; therefore, were not guilty of prescribing controlled medications for no professional purpose and no legitimate medical reason. The proof is in our office notes.”
Walter F. Wrenn,II, MD

“..We are not a Drug Dealer. Like many of my colleagues in medicine we have become easy pickens, the Alfred Dreyfus’s of the D.E.A and DOJ prosecutors; easy enforcement targets because of our assets and we are mostly unarmed and don’t shoot back…”
Dr. Neil Anand, MD
We saw and examined the patient, made a diagnosis, and developed a treatment plan, including prescriptions. Therefore, we satisfied the law’s intent; in other words, we acted in good faith.
Dr. Muhamad Rifai, MD

Comes forth, Dr. Muhamad Rifai, MD, a prominent Pennsylvania Psychiatrist, was found NOT GUILTY and acquitted of drug trafficking charges by a federal jury in Easton, Pa.(1) Dr. Muhamad Rifai, MD, works in Easton, PA, as a Psychiatrist Specialist and has 28 years of experience.

ARUGUMENT
erosion of constitutional protections OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS UNDER JOSH SHAPIRO
He is board-certified in Addiction Medicine and graduated from the University Of Aleppo, Faculty Of Medicine in 1996. Dr. Rifai completed a residency at the University of Virginia.
Attorney Paul J. Hetznecker, a federal public defender in Philadelphia, penned an article titled “Pre-Crime” and the Danger of “Risk Assessments” in 2016, which provides a critical analysis of this concerning trend.

The evolving landscape of modern law enforcement has ushered in the “pre-crime” concept, reminiscent of the science fiction thriller “Minority Report.”
All police states have a modus operandi by which they can be recognized. One of those is the absolute and unreasonable, almost random, destruction of people selected to be an “example” to terrify the population.
Dr. Clarence Verdell, MD of Voorhees, NJ.

The most educated physician in American history, Dr. Xiulu Ruan, is still languishing in prison because, while the DEA has no right to dictate the practice of medicine, they have the unconstrained power to destroy those who do not toe the party line. And if the government has its way… Dr. Meredith Norris is next.
DISCUSSION
Implications for Vice Presidential Candidacy
In this dystopian world, law enforcement identifies and apprehends criminals before they have the chance to commit a crime. However, this once-fictional notion has now found its place in reality, raising significant concerns about civil liberties, racial bias, and the erosion of constitutional protections.
The outcomes of these cases highlight significant flaws in Shapiro’s approach to prosecuting complex medical and legal issues. The acquittal of Dr. Okolo and Dr. Fallouh, despite Shapiro’s aggressive stance, and the questionable handling of Dr. Wrenn’s case, suggest a pattern of overreach and insufficient preparation.
These issues are critical when considering Shapiro for the vice presidency, a role that demands sound judgment, competence, and an unblemished record in managing legal and ethical matters.

Vice President Kamala Harris, as a presidential candidate, would require a vice president who not only supports her policies but also possesses a proven track record of effective governance and judicial prudence. Josh Shapiro’s mixed record in these high-profile cases does not inspire confidence. His inability to secure convictions and the controversies surrounding his office’s prosecutorial decisions could undermine the administration’s credibility and effectiveness.

“..And is it not true that historically most, if not all of the great breakthroughs and advances in medical science have been made by people who did not follow the conventional way of doing things.
They followed a new way, their way, and most of the conventional physicians of their day would have disagreed with them because this is not the way it has always been done.
And if that is the new — it bothers me that this kind of evidence can send a person to prison for as long as this has been going, some many, many years, but in any event, that that is the sort of evidence that is the basis for criminal liability.
These people are Physicians, They are not frauds?!!

Conclusion
In conclusion, while Josh Shapiro may have political ambitions, his track record in handling significant legal prosecutions, particularly against medical professionals like Dr. Okolo, Dr. Fallouh, and Dr. Wrenn, suggests that he may not be the most competent choice for Kamala Harris’ vice-presidential pick.

The complexities and outcomes of these cases raise legitimate concerns about his capability to serve in such a high office, where legal acumen and ethical integrity are paramount.
