Letter from Roberto R Hernandez:
“As I read how many people have died already, and not from overdosing from opioids. It stuns me because I am reaching my breaking point. Many doctors now are refusing people’s help because the DEA has threatened them with going to jail if they treat us.
It’s no secret I fell three stories and landed on the concrete steps and cast Iron railing. As I lay there I did not know how my life would change for the worst.
I went into shock very fast. When I woke up they wanted to amputate my left leg. Years after losing it my right knee has already been fully replaced at 50.
The pain I would endure from 29 years of age on was unbearable at times.
And thought a way out would be easier, why would anyone in their right mind even think that way ??
We know it’s not right unless you have walked one step in my shoes you know nothing.
My pain doctor, I found to be a good pain management doctor. and just when I found a pain management doctor to help me!!
Not over Medicate me the corrupt DEA arrested him. Unreal how these people at DEA are getting away with this. The DEA needs to be removed.
They have allowed even local police to get away with committing a Felony. We the people put them there including the police.
We the people are the ones who put them there and we can remove them by removing the political officials. We the people voted on them and the people can vote them out. Wake up people wake up.

DEA-DOJ RULES BY INTIMIDATION OVER THE HEADS PHYSICIAN AND OTHER CLINICIANS(NURSE, PHARMACIST, NURSES PRACTITIONERS, AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS) THROUGH SCURRILOUS COERCION
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Five years after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention initiated a crackdown on opioid pain medications, experts have concluded the policy has been a miserable failure. Overdose deaths have gone up, not down, and now, courts are starting to recognize the arguments used to justify the crackdown are largely bogus.
“So these numbers, they just push these false numbers and now you have courts of the law calling them out,” said Dr. Dan Laird.
As a Las Vegas physician, Laird has a unique vantage point from which to evaluate the great opioid crackdown. Laird is a pain management doctor and an attorney who represented patients who suffered pain after being denied legal medications.
Helen Borel RN Ph.D. writes in “American Agony The Opioids War Against Patients in Pain”
“According to a Human Rights Watch (http://www.hrw.org)report of December 18, 2018, once the 2016 CDC Guidelines had been erroneously turned into law, millions of chronic pain patients in America, on what some may consider “high doses” of narcotic analgesics (patients on “high doses” metabolizes opioids at different rates than those on lowers doses), have been struggling to access Pain Care Physicians.
Thus they’ve been abandoned to zero pain relief altogether.”
These facts are clearly identifiable in Roberto Hernandez’s story as he stated:

Helen Borel RN Ph.D. writes in “American Agony The Opioids War Against Patients in Pain:”
“Because many MDs, intimidated by the nefarious autocratic actions of the DOJ and DEA, have simply “retired” or shut down their pain care clinics.
Those “retirings” and pain practice closings are no coincidence. They’ve been going on nationwide for five years because clinicians are deathly afraid of DEA raids and are fearfully, intimidated by DOJ prosecutory entrapments.
Entrapments such as the catch 22 charges of “conspiracy,” which carries a sentence of a least 25 years in prison, that DOJ prosecutors hang over the heads of capriciously charged physicians and other clinicians (nurse, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and physicians assistants) if they don’t plead guilty to a lesser charge.
That scurrilous coercion, even though the lesser charges has no basis in reality, and, if the doctor won’t plead to the lesser bogus charge, the DOJ prosecutor need not explain to the judge what the “conspiracy” charge entails in each specific case. In this pain-filled world of deep injustice, add this one: There is no defense to the charge of “conspiracy”.
Borel articulates:
“Go figure. What lame brain Juris doctor allowed this catch-22 concept to sail into legal acceptance?
With this kind of Keystone -Kop Law – “conspiracy with proof” -this is not justice and the accuser agency should be renamed the DOI, Department of Injustice.”
MASSIVE GOVERNMENT OVER-REACH INTO THE FIELD OF MEDICINE
The DEA has failed America by sequestering legitimate licensed medical professionals. Just like the liquor prohibition of 1934, the government promoted the idea that liquor was dangerous.
Today we see existing efforts as the government goes after legitimate licensed medical professionals, we are now witnessing the growth the rapid growth of the illegal use of fentanyl.
Dr. Helen Borel states:
“On the coattails of this misguided missive, the DOJ_DEA persecutions and prosecutions of physicians have so infected the Hippocratic practice of medicine that doctors are abandoning patients in pain altogether, too often ending in pain patients’ death.”
