All of these actions are based upon the fraudulent “public health emergency declaration in the opioid crisis,” which is based on false claims and a minority medical OPINION of a group of anti-opioid addiction psychiatrists who continue to drive policies that are torturing and killing patients!
We suspect that hundreds of thousands of pain patients have DIED over the past decade as a direct result of the unscientific, inhumane, unnecessary opioid restrictions!

“We NEED to come together and demand legislation in Florida to protect pharmacists and doctors! I just had a talk with my pharmacist, and he said the DEA is in town and shut down two pharmacies last month and are working their way through every single pharmacy!
He said that they are going after pharmacies since they can’t go after doctors after the supreme court ruling!
They questioned him about ME specifically bc I “live too far away” and “it’s a red flag”.
I live in a small town with only a few pharmacies and none of them fill controlled scripts so I go to the next town over bc I don’t have a choice!
The DEA MUST BE STOPPED! Everyone in this group needs to call our states senators and demand protection for doctors and pharmacists! More and more pharmacies are now refusing to accept new patients. It’s only a matter of time before no one can get their prescriptions filled!
If you’re reading this post, YOU CAN HELP FIGHT! Call, write, email Florida’a senators and the office of the president of the United States. It doesn’t matter if you like or hate him.
The ONLY thing that matters is that he is the only one who can stop the DEA and he will NOT help if you yell and call him names.
Put your health above your feelings and BE NICE (you don’t need to compliment or praise, just DON’T insult).
When you write and email their offices, send studies that show how safe opioids are. There are many studies showing less than 3% of patients prescribed pain meds become addicted. Send those studies and emphasize that they are the safest option for moderate to severe pain and chronic pain.
Use Facts, not feelings!
Don’t just say “studies show X”, send the actual studies or links to the studies so they can read them. For those that are able, demand a face to face meeting with the senators! Bring as many studies as you can (printed out for them to keep) that show the safety and efficacy of opioids for pain. Also bring studies showing the harm caused by non-opioids, injections, and all the stuff they push for pain that isn’t for pain.
