Dear President Trump,
Despite previous calls for action and overwhelming evidence of corruption within the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Drug Enforcement Administration, justice remains elusive. The American people, particularly those in the medical profession, continue to suffer under a system weaponized against them. Your administration must take immediate and decisive action to address this crisis.
For years, federal agencies have engaged in targeted prosecutions, falsified charges, manipulated judicial proceedings, and retaliated against professionals who dared to challenge their authority. Doctors, once esteemed healers, have been unfairly vilified, convicted, and financially destroyed in a calculated campaign of corruption. Judges and prosecutors with direct conflicts of interest have orchestrated wrongful convictions, ensuring that those who expose misconduct are silenced.
Physicians and professionals should not live in fear of Baseless Prosecutions
The stories of Dr. Guven Uzun, Dr. Michael Drobot, and Dr. Anthony Jackson, among many others, remain painful examples of a system that has lost its way. Dr. Uzun’s career was shattered by a fraudulent investigation led by officials with personal ties to his legal counsel. Dr. Drobot was convicted in a scheme designed to take down political figures, with justice being an afterthought. Dr. Jackson paid the ultimate price, losing his life under circumstances that remain deeply suspicious after he publicly accused the California Medical Board of racial discrimination. These cases are not anomalies; they are part of a broader pattern of unchecked government misconduct.
We urge your administration to act where others have failed. A full and transparent investigation must be launched into the actions of government officials responsible for these injustices. We call for appointing a Special Counsel to review past prosecutions and uncover the true extent of corruption within the DOJ, FBI, and DEA.
We demand immediate congressional oversight hearings to expose the abuse of power and ensure that those responsible are held accountable. Furthermore, we seek an executive order to protect whistleblowers and victims of wrongful prosecution, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights restored.
The time for political maneuvering and bureaucratic inertia has passed. The American people demand justice. Physicians and professionals should not live in fear of baseless prosecution, financial ruin, or even death for simply doing their jobs. The country looks to you, Mr. President, to stand against this unprecedented corruption and restore faith in our institutions.
