BRANDOLINI’S SYNDROME
The Field of medicine is undergoing a slow erosion. Disinformation is when medical community members warn providers of DEA information, but they are ignored or purged of the online disinformation, which is insidious. Either strategy if a lie supports their position.
Brandolini’s Law, or Syndrome in these presentations, also known as the “bullshit asymmetry principle,” suggests that the effort required to refute falsehoods are exponentially greater than the effort needed to create them.
This principle is evident in today’s digital landscape, where misinformation spreads rapidly through social media and other online platforms.

The Panopticism of AUSA Glenn Leon’s Healthcare Fraud Task Force
The panopticon is a design of institutional building with an inbuilt system of control, originated by the English philosopher and social theorist Jeremy Bentham in the 18th century.
The concept is to allow all prisoners of an institution to be observed by a single corrections officer, without the inmates knowing whether or not they are being watched.
Although it is physically impossible for the single guard to observe all the inmates’ cells at once, the fact that the inmates cannot know when they are being watched motivates them to act as though they are all being watched at all times. They are effectively compelled to self-regulation.
The War on Drugs: A Fiasco Built on Turtles All the Way Down
In the annals of modern American history, there’s no tale quite as darkly comedic and tragically absurd as the War on Drugs.
This misadventure, spanning decades, has not only failed in its mission but has also inflicted untold damage on communities, doctors, and the very fabric of justice.
Central to this debacle is the DEA, an organization whose operational philosophy can only be described as “turtles all the way down”—a never-ending cascade of obfuscation and deceit.
“Turtles all the way down” is an expression of the problem of infinite regress.
The saying alludes to the mythological idea of a World Turtle that supports a flat Earth on its back. It suggests that this turtle rests on the back of an even larger turtle, which itself is part of a column of increasingly larger turtles that continues indefinitely.
