all medical providers can be arrested for doing their job

Since when does the DEA get to decide that treatment for a patient is criminal? I’m sorry but doctors use medications off label, in combination, and at different dosages than the label indicates for rare diseases and severe pain. These practices are outside of the normal preview of the DEA AND THE CDC.

It is limited to and within the rare disease and chronic pain and even the end of life (aka specialized practices such as renal, cancer, liver, and other end of life medical issues).

crime vs. care

What would be considered toxic, dangerous, or even criminal medical practices to the “normal” medical patient in fact is necessary to treat an acutely or chronically sick patient with a disease state that has no cure or “effective” treatment inside the box of western, eastern, folk, or any other known human, animal, or plant medicine.

What appears one way to law enforcement’s ignorance and limited knowledge is another to medicine’s highly specialized science and intuition… crime vs. care.

Beau B. Brindley, Attorney for Dr. Steven R Henson’s who lead the legal team that resulted in the vacatur of his 4 life sentences argued:

Federal government has no business trying to definewhat practices are and are not within the “course of professional medical practice” or what constitutes a “legitimate medical purpose.”

medical providerS arrested for doing their jobs

Right now, in the United States of America, life-saving specialized healthcare is being abolished by the enforcement of assumed crimes by a law enforcement agency with no healthcare professionals due that ignorance and the American citizens needing it are dying.

So, the law is that all medical providers can be arrested for doing their job?

  1. So, the DEA says doctors can’t dose opioids for chronic pain outside the 90MME range since that would be against the CDC Guidelines or in other words OFF-LABEL. BY THE WAY, MME is a false dosing parameter since opioid medications are dosed as per their own specific drug to weight effect ratio as determined through pre-release chemical and biological study. Correct?
However, according to the CDC and the DEA, it is alright to use buprenorphine alone or in combination with naloxone as an OFF-LABEL treatment for chronic pain although it is not comprehensively proven to actually be a better treatment in chronic pain especially complex pain over opioids.
What is wrong with this picture?
