BACKGROUND ON POMPY CASE
James Stewart, aka James Howell ( blue Cross employee), presented to my office requesting to be a new patient on 1/5/2016. The receptionist told him that he needed a referral for pain management. As an employee of the blue cross shield of Michigan Mutual Insurance company, he got one of his doctors, Doctor J Alan Robertson, to refer James to Pain Management. James Stewart complained of back and nerve problems.
Instead of dating the referral from 1/5/2016 onwards – after asking about the Blue Cross backdated the referral for 12/2015. Intending to trick the doctor, James Stewart, aka James Howell, lied in the referral. MANTIS used the blue cross to lie for MANTIS. James Stewart got a fake Michigan driver’s license from the Secretary of State, with help from William Paul Nichols, Marc Moore, Branch Cathey of the Monroe City Police, and Robert Blair of the Monroe County Sheriff’s office.
PROSECUTORIAL CORRUPTION
There has been massive government overreach of power by agencies of the United States Government, changing the rules to make arrests on healthcare providers, piling up more healthcare providers’ scalps while attempting to make heroes of what can best be identified as domestic prosecutorial terrorists. Thus the DEA has become an authoritarian movement that seeks power by any means necessary.

It’s amazing the lengths the Gestapo went in WW2 to protect their cause. We are seeing the same thing here with our government and their agenda behind opiates with the US Healthcare System.
The Gestapo didn’t care who they destroyed as long as their Supreme Genetics reigned in the world. Jews, inferior races, the infirmed, or disabled… they were simply murdered, used as chattel, slaves, or test subjects in their war machine.
Our government is using the infirmed, disabled, and elderly as their chattel and seeking to wipe them from society through neglect, lack of care, treatment, and sheer abuse by calling them addicts, drug users, seekers, and fakers. Offering inadequate solutions to life-threatening diseases and conditions and belittling the results as exaggerated symptoms or the whining of a class of patients.
Labeling is the precursor to discrimination in a society and the very entity meant to protect a group of citizens from such an offense is the party committing Saif offense in the case of the abuses of genocide, slander, murder, refusal of care, imprisonment, torture,and discrimination in America of those suffering from severe and intractable chronic pain from rare and/or incurable conditions and diseases.

Excellent we are in real trouble in AMERICA and witnessing the criminalization and collapse of healthcare and the Supreme seems oblivious to doing anything we must put an immediate end to this WAR ON DRUGS
I thought the only government entity that could declare war was Congress? It seems we are spending a lot of money and a lot of Americans are dying for something that Congress hasn’t approved as a “ war.” The DEA wants this to pay for their gang enforcement and own drug battle while they get to leave the borders alone for elections and access to the kingpins. Yeah, corrupt? Big time.
Don’t fool yourself, there is nothing but money driving it. And crimes being covered up so big pharma can keep their secrets. But pain is also a big business. It will backfire.
The customers driving the pain cartel in big pharma are dying off in droves at the hands of candy makers.
It will bite the DEA in the butt.
I’d rather have the bite come this way. What would happen if the DEA was hauled before Congress like the most recent cases being brought before the Supreme Court of the United States?
