WALTER R. CLEMENT

Our parents were from Panama, and there’s a saying amongst people from the West Indies in that region that when a person dies, he or she…” has gone in.” Well, Walter R. Clement, retired a 34-year veteran of the Detroit Police Department, earned two master’s degrees born on February 10, 1954, the fourth son of Erlin and Rose Elaine Clement, from the Republic of Panama, husband of Saundra Clement, father of two young ladies, Gabriel and Alaina, brother of Erlin, Norman J., John, Joseph, Richard, Charles and one known only to God, “has gone.”

“AND HE’S GONE IN”

Our maternal and paternal grandparents came from the Island of Barbados to Panama as workers to build the Panama Canal in 1901. Our paternal grandfather was Norman Llewellyn Eversly Clement, and our grandmother was Adriane Graves. Our maternal grandfather’s name was John Johnson.

WALTER R. CLEMENT

And his name was Walter

Looking back, I can remember the very day my brother Walter was born. We were living in Royal Oak Township, outside of Detroit. Our mother had gone into labor, and our dad was at work. He had been working as Carpenter, a trade skill he learned in Panama after he could not attend Howard University because their family was too poor.

It seemed when our dad got home, my Aunt Enid and some neighbors packed my brothers Erlin jr and John into our family 1954 Plymouth, and we headed up Woodward Ave because there was no interstate to Pontiac General Hospital, nearly some 20 or more miles away, as we learned years later, it was one of the few hospitals that would allow black people to be admitted for treatment.

No photo description available.

It was a long ride, and throughout, our mother was agonizing with labor pain, and we little guys couldn’t quite understand what was going on riding in the back seat. It was a long ride, but finally, we got to the hospital parking lot, and our parents got out and left us in the car for what seemingly was hours. Our father returned at some point and told us mom had a little boy baby named Walter.

My mother stayed I don’t know for how long, but I remember the day they came home, and Walter had this unique way of crying as if he was mad, while someone had brought us an engraved plate with his name on it. That plate still sits on the wall of our family home in Detroit.

On September 19, 2022, on the day of her Birthday, Our mother descended from the Heavens and said come, come, my dear son Walter R. Clement, come now, your pain and the suffering are no more.

WALTER “THE ADVENTURE”

“I am a strong believer in the freedom of choice. People choose not to wear a motorcycle helmet. Some people choose not to wear seat belts. Others choose to speed, some choose to drink and drive, and some choose not to wear a mask. With each of these choices, there are risks. The risk of a loved one losing someone they love. No matter what, despite what you think or feel. Sacrifice your feelings and Be safe for the Ones that Love You. Practice safety first.”

The DEA has failed Satisfy the constitutional Standards of the law enforcement agency.

Walter Clement May 2021-

“The DEA has abided, unsupported by sufficient evidence; The DEA has full knowledge that the Court rarely grants summary reversal. No court would or should allow false and fabricated information to support unwarranted allegations. Such allowance of the DEA’s information clearly shows the corrupted attempt and coordinated efforts to subjugate the criminal justice system.

EMPTY SPACES

ARCOS accumulates these transactions, which are then summarized into reports that give investigators in Federal and state government agencies information that can be used to identify the diversion of controlled substances into illicit distribution channels. “Information on drug distribution is used throughout the United States (U.S.). by U.S. Attorneys and DEA investigators to strengthen criminal cases in the courts.”  Through their word usage and practice, ” DEA uses statistical analyzation to review to determine and identify the diversion of controlled substances into illicit channels of distribution.”

What the DEA is doing is applying probability mathematics. Probability is a mathematical tool used to study randomness. It deals with the chance of an event occurring. Through this agency’s application of probability statistical mathematics, the DEA uses its ARCOS as an instigation tool to identify the diversion of controlled substances into illicit distribution channels. “

THE POLICE

Walter Clement June 2019-

“Police departments are economic generators for the success of any community. One mistake or one act of misconduct can cost a city millions. Police departments need to rethink the importance of training, supervision, and oversight. In every community where police misconduct occurs, there is an economic downturn. We know people will do wrong. But that critical act of the law enforcement community and tactical thinking makes all the difference.”
