In 2021, I wrote you a letter. In 2022 more than a year later I received an answer that did not address anything I talked about in my letter.

I wrote the letter because I was concerned about the deaths of innocent patients and the incarceration of innocent health care providers.

Black doctors mourn Tulsa hospital shooting victim Dr. Preston Phillips

THE TARGETING

On Wednesday, June 1, 2022, my friend Dr. Preston Phillips was murdered in Tulsa Oklahoma. He was murdered by a patient who was suffering from pain and became disgruntled. Dr. Phillips I am sure was influenced by the unwarranted assault on physicians who prescribe opiate pain medication.

On June 1, 2022, Dr. Preston Phillips a renowned black Orthopedic Spine Surgeon was murdered in Tulsa Oklahoma. He was murdered by a black patient who felt his pain wasn’t being addressed. Also killed on Wednesday, were Dr. Stephanie Husen, receptionist Amanda Glenn and visitor William Love, police said. The attack occurred on the campus of Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa. The chief identified the shooter as Michael Louis, 45, of Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Dr. Phillips’s death could have been prevented had you paid attention to my letter and investigated your DOJ and their illegal and unfair assault on health care providers who prescribe opiate pain medications.
