DOJ-DEA FABRICATION OF PHYSICIAN DRUG TRAFFICKING
Mark Ibsen MD, a Montana Physician wrote April 2022 in a letter to Richard “Red” Lawhern Ph.D.:
“When Dr. Chris Christensen was raided, Then, much later, arrested in Montana, Law enforcement declared that no patient of Dr. Christiansen in Ravalli County would be seen or served by any healthcare facility in the county.

They actually took out ads in the local county media. This policy, of course, ensured a public health nightmare for all these patients, Scattering them, and ensuring that would have to travel for care, another “red flag“!
BOME and Law Enforcement actually had no idea or concern about the public health crisis they were causing by creating 800 opiate refugees. They never even considered the fact that the patients might actually be taking the medications.

This is how ignorant and uninformed the unprofessional and untrained law enforcement and board of medical personnel are in the state of Montana.
But Dr. Forrest Tennant testified for Dr. Christiansen during his trial. While Dr. Tennant was in Montana testifying for Dr. Christiansen, his home and office were raided by rogue DEA agents in California.
Dr. Tennant returned to a home and office that had been left open, vulnerable, and unlocked with damaged doors creating its own security breach.
It is unavoidable to consider that some coordination and retaliation took place in this circumstance. It was zero accountability for anyone in California or Montana for these egregious unconstitutional and illegal activities.
Weirdly, I saw 22 of Dr. Christiansen‘s patients when they came to me in desperation seeking relief from their acute exacerbation of chronic pain and withdrawal! Montana had just launched its prescription drug registry, so I could easily look up each of Dr. Christiansen‘s patients and see if they were telling me the truth or not.
Accordring to Walter F. Wrenn MD:
“A physician Chris Christianson was accused among other things of 2 counts of reckless homicide. The patients in addition to having prescription opiate medication in their system at the time of death also had illicit drugs. In a 4-3 opinion the Supreme Court of Montana reversed these 2 convictions.
In his explanation, Chief Justice Mark McGrath said that the ” direct ” cause of death could not be determined in the presence of multiple drugs.
In spite of this ruling and the United States being a common law country, I and other physicians have been charged and convicted of various murder offenses even though our patients had multiple drugs in their system at autopsy. According to NAME the organization that represents Forensic Pathologists “homicide ” as a cause of death should not be used.

” The truth was this: each of Christianson‘s patients saw him and him alone. They did see multiple pharmacies because of a conspiracy by the pharmacist to shut down Dr. Christiansen‘s practice due to the high doses that many of his patients were on.
Apparently, none of these pharmacists were aware of genetic pleomorphism. Dr. Christiansen ran a cash practice in order to keep costs down for his patients. I was curious if there was any other explanation for the fact that several members of several families that had been seeing Dr. Christiansen came to see me.
In fact, I assumed they were a drug-dealing enterprise, and I called the DEA officials that had investigated my office to let them know that these patients were coming to me now. It only took a little bit of consideration to realize that a genetic pleomorphic defect would be likely to reoccur in family members who share similar genetic inheritance!
Once I tested these patients, I found out that the majority of them were either rapid metabolizers or ultra-rapid metabolizers of opiates.
I reported this fact in my board of medicine Hearings. I included 20-year-old research papers indicating the extreme variability, well known to any practitioner of 35 years like myself, and easily findable within five minutes of a Google search, and all of this scientific data was ignored by the board of medicine.
Curiously, it was not ignored by the administrative law judge who was serving as the hearing officer in my case and completely exonerated me.”
One of the reasons I was an early fan of the prescription drug registry was the excited delight I had in finding that it was actually useful for patients in the predicament that Dr. Christiansen‘s patients found themselves in:
No doctor in the state would see them because they didn’t have medical records, because they were all seized by law enforcement in the raid and Dr. Christiansen’s office-a total catch-22.
It wasn’t till much later that I realize that my difficulty with the board of medicine and DEA stems from the fact that I was one of the lead prescribers in the state in 2013 because I was helping so many opiate refugees.”

Dr. Christensen saved my life. I would be happy to testify to that at any parole hearing he has. No other doctor picked up on the danger my huge estrogen prescription from my GYN had me on. Sure enough, I got endometrial cancer, but it hadn’t spread beyond the membrane in the uterine cavity. If I hadn’t stopped the estrogen the cancer would have easily metastasized, and I woould most likely be dead.
It is my professional opinion that the Montana court jury got it right in the Christensen case… Our problem in medicine is the weakness in the oversite of our own profession…The pharmaceutical companies are also as guilty as the court found Christensen guilty… J.L. Watts, (retired) M.D….
