“What Dr. Kolodny, has done will go down as the worse human atrocity of our age committed by a psychiatrist in collusion with our government agency for money.
The amount of medical torture, medical torture to death the weakest in society, our medically ill, have forcible endured, should never ever be allowed nor sanctioned again.
Thousands have been willfully tortured to death when the physical pain from their medical conditions is a 100 % treatable medical condition.
Again the worse PREVENTABLE human atrocity ever committed OF OUR DECADE.
Psychiatry unfortunately, but realistically has a long history of abusing those who cannot defend themselves, and it has been allowed to happen again, with our government’s help, and the sanctioning of it by the very people who were supposed to never let it happen in the 1st place.

It has eroded civil liberties through the expansion of warrantless surveillance and overseen arbitrary seizures of billions of dollars of private property without any clear connection to drug-related crimes. These actions have disproportionately targeted people of color, contributing to disparities in mass incarceration, confiscated property, and collective trauma. “
The Diversion Investigators merely rely upon unquantified suspicions. Assuming arguendo, the behaviors characterized as red flags by the DEA are indicators of criminal conduct for some and yet do not prove the substantial likelihood of “imminent harm to public health and safety” required by the statute.
The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) are determined to criminalize the legal practices of the Pharmacist, physicians, and their patients, and specifically Pharmacies owned by ethnic people of color. Hundreds of people, physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists sit in prison today because of DEA’s massive targeting.

And I worry for all of the wounded from the recent tornadoes cut with glass or wood or sharpened pieces of metal that got nothing when the morphine ran out due to production cut-backs based on this foundationless hysteria regarding the relatively rare “addiction”. The word is still being severely misused by unqualified authorities. Heaven help us if there is a big quake on the west coast.
