“Dozens of retired black narcotics agents say their former agency, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, has discriminated against its African-American employees for decades.”
CONGRESS MUST ABOLISH THE DEA
The DEA is Unregulated, Unmonitored, Unsupervised, Unchecked at the lack of adequate management. As this agency operates, they have morphed from legitimate law enforcement to an organized crimes syndicate.
When examining the agency we see those license pharmacists who have to order their prescription narcotic medication. The DEA is alerted, and they are knowledgeable of the date and the amount received.
What is most staggering is that within days after receiving the control substance medications, the DEA raids these and seizes all control medications that were accounted for. They have a clear knowledge of the amount the pharmacies have.
The DEA seizes these medications, prosecutes the pharmacist under fictitious charges, while the disease states to which the treating practitioner prescribes these medications are never mentioned or accounted for and discussed as evidence.
THE DEA’S BIAS-BASED ENFORCEMENT
The current enforcement practices of the DEA are biased based. The racially-based culture is so powerful that members of the DEA lack the cognitive abilities to provide adequate and accurate law enforcement practices. In addition, the race-based culture has created a practice of racial indifference towards African American pharmacists.
This racial indifference behavior is found within the DEA are the same ones expressed by a white supremacist. Such levels of indifference influence are part of their standard operations and its law enforcement operational practices. This agency cannot and should not be allowed to practice its race base enforcement.
This agency culture is infused with racial biases. This culture infusion of indifference is modeled throughout the agency. Such levels of racial indifference influence the DEA’s law enforcement operational practices. This agency has placed a black eye on the professional men and women who serve with our law enforcement community around the world.
The culture of indifference has subjugated the standard operational practices throughout the agency. No other law enforcement agency in the world has had agents work in concert with the cartel. Through its practice of discrimination, this agency failed to adequately recognize that its agency has been compromised. These agency practices are so dysfunctional that through learn behaviors, employees find it easy to do wrong.
PHARMACIES WON’T FILL LEGAL OPIOID NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTIONS, AND DOCTORS ARE SCARRED
According to Helen Borel, RN, PH.D., the book “American Agony The Opioid War Against Patient in Pain,”
Yet in another instance, Dr.Borel points out:
Doctors are frightened because the DEA raids of their colleagues’ offices claim, ” We found out there are hundreds of doctors in prison in our country, without real legal evidence they did anything wrong. Just because they gave people like us a chance at pain relief with a legal narcotic. We are living scared. Any day now, our pain medications can be stopped. The government bullies who started the disaster should be voted out.”
“Thus far, after the unfortunate 2016 CDC Guideline was implemented, an enormous toll of suicide by Intractable Pain Patients has occurred. And these are continuing as such patients, striving to adapt to a life of under-dosed (90MME parameter) narcotics without analgesia and (inexcusably due to DEA agents threatening and DOJ lawyers prosecuting of hundreds of pain care physicians around the country ) abrupt cold -turkeying of pain-relief dependent patients.
Not to mention the national paranoia all this federal interference in medical has caused.”
