WHEN TREATING PAIN BRINGS A CRIMINAL INDICTMENT

” Federal drug-enforcement officials have made it a serious felony for doctors to overprescribe painkillers or, as the applicable law states, to prescribe controlled substances “other than for a legitimate medical purpose and in the usual course of professional practice.”

But the line between legitimate and illegitimate prescription drawn by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Justice Department is far from clear. This puts physicians in great legal jeopardy and often leaves their patients suffering needless agony.

” Many doctors and medical professionals have been imprisoned serving life terms for crimes only the DEA can define. The actions of the DEA are endangering the lives of the people within the United States of America. What this agency continues to ignore are the demands for the illegal drug Fentanyl have increased. 

The DEA has failed America by sequestering legitimate licensed medical professionals.  Like the liquor prohibition of 1934, the government promoted the idea that liquor was dangerous. They raced across the lands of America and made every effort to stop the “illegal use and sales of liquor.”

They did not know then that their efforts were promoting the growth of organized crime. Today we see existing efforts as the government goes after legitimate licensed medical professionals. We are now witnessing the rapid growth of the illegal use of fentanyl. 

Today, the DEA has caused this country’s rapid growth of illegal drugs. They have deliberately closed their eyes on the illegal use in sales and have refocused their efforts on licensed medical professionals. While the country is losing the war on drugs, 

The DEA has claimed there is an opiate crisis within America. Yet this agency has ignored and failed to identify locations in the sources of this opiate crisis.  They blame doctors, pharmacists, pharmaceutical companies, and the American people for being in pain.  Yet while these licensed professionals are losing their licenses and or going to prison.  The illegal use and sales of fentanyl is increasing.

How stupid can one believe that a legitimate licensed medical professional is responsible for the opiate crisis yet there is no such crisis? When you check the hospitals, you will find that these facilities are overrun with Covid patients. 

When you check, the DEA records you will find that a pharmacist supported by the DEA distributed 26,253,800 class 2 pills between 2006 and 2012. Another DEA-supported pharmacy distributed 13,816,900 Class 2 pills doing the same time.

However, Pronto Pharmacy, an African American-owned pharmacy in Tampa, Florida, located approximately 6 miles from the two DEA-supported pharmacists, distributed 348,000 Class 2 pills simultaneously. 

What is most disturbing is the DEA claimed within the courts that the African-American pharmacist was causing in imminent danger to the community. 

The pharmacist license was involved in this will shut down while the two Anglo-Saxon operating pharmacies are still in business dispensing mass numbers of opiate narcotic medication into the streets.

Are African Americans not accepted as not real Americans?  Or are the presence of an African-American pharmacist a threat or danger to the American people?

As the Covid crisis increase, so is the fentanyl crisis increasing.

1. Where are the men and women within the government that can legitimately stop the foolishness of the DEA?

2. Where can the politicians recognize that this agency is acting out of character when they have systems in place to know exactly how much medication a pharmacy has?

This agency also knows exactly who receives medication. Yet, they cannot stop or slow down the increase usage and growth of fentanyl. 

Unfortunately, a beautiful conception and campaign have turned into a nightmare. A nightmare for the country and the American people. The DEA has failed to force the laws against the illegal sales of drugs properly. They had campaigned and championed efforts to undermine medical professionals. Would you say this is a criminal act, or would you say this is pure ignorance of agency that has failed the American people at all levels?

We challenge the DEA to stop drug sales and illegal distribution in this country. As our children die with illegal drugs, it remains a mystery why the DEA is targeting African Americans in their fight to stop opiate sales in the United States. Unfortunately, the beautiful dream of attacking African American medical professionals has become a nightmare. “

Here is what happened on day one without warning, the police state invaded Dr. Lesly Pompy‘s legitimate medical practice. There they confiscated his patients’ private medical records. They also took possession of his personal and family assets from his home and office. 

These Hitlerian tactics were coldly executed that faithful day in September 2016 with police, unschooled in things medical, counting up his legal narcotic prescriptions and making ridiculous judgments about the volume of his pain patient prescriptions over many years. Dr. Pompy has been practicing medicine legitimately, emphatically, and ethically.
