THE ACTS OF PREDATORY PROSECUTION AGAINST AN AMERICAN DOCTOR
I am a 67-year-old physician who has practiced medicine since 1980. I am board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation; I did my 1st fellowship in pain management in N.Y. in 1985.
Since I was forced to surrender my license at the end of 2020, I have been unable to work. In the last year, I was hospitalized numerous times for lung mass, kidney failure, and heart arrhythmia. I also had covid and currently have post covid syndrome.
I have been unable to obtain any form of employment. I only mention this because I have a public defender in my criminal case. I have absolutely no legal knowledge or experience.I have no means to hire an attorney to do a FOIA.
DEMANDING INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA)
I am fighting for my life, liberty, and name for my family and the doctors in my FOIA “group.” We are a heterogenous group; we represent all religions, come from all over America, are old, young, American graduates, foreign graduates, men, women, Black-Brown, Asian, Hispanic, and Jewish. When looking at the data that I have seen, there are approximately 6000 pain management specialists in this country.
My minimal understanding of a FOIA, pardon my ignorance is that it was set up to obtain information that should be available to the public for the good of all Americans. I have seen some FOIA information that was released. The ability of insurance companies to use algorithms to Target hard-working, good doctors because of their Race, religion, and age, is disgusting.
3rd party Payors CUTTING COST BY INAPPROPRIATELY TARGETING DOCTORS THRU ANALYTICS
In reviewing the data, I obtained a FOIA request from another doctor. It has become abundantly clear that insurance companies, in an attempt to cut their costs, have created Analytics to target doctors inappropriately. It appears that the analytics insurance companies used created red flags that had no medical relevance to inappropriately target doctors’ race, religion, country of origin, and economic status. This is not only anti-American; it is illegal.
It clearly indicated to me that insurance companies in the United States are using algorithms that have no scientific basis filled with statistics on Race, religion, country of origin, etc. When a physician algorithm reaches an arbitrary (non-scientific, not proven efficacious) number.
The insurance company refers this physician to law enforcement. This is a way the insurance companies can increase their profits by eliminating doctors that are costing them to order legitimate but needed medications and performing expensive yet approved procedures.

It appears from the data that I have seen that law enforcement cherry-picks through this data and arrests physicians primarily based on race, religion, foreign medical school graduates, doctors over 60, and doctors in private practice.
Law enforcement can then take the assets from these physicians and put them in jail. This is clearly Un-American, and it is illegal. It is a violation of their civil rights. Other doctors in my situation did not go to college, medical school, internship, residency, and fellowship to become drug dealers.
These statistics are damning. They could convict doctors without using mens-rea until the recent U.S. Supreme Court Decision in Raun-Khan vs. the United States. These doctors were not allowed to say that they acted in good faith. They have arrested over 1700 pain specialists for just doing their job. The stats I have seen show that 50% of arrested doctors are Asian, Hispanic, Black, Brown, and foreign-trained 80% are over 60 yrs old. 95 % are in private practice ( so they don’t get help from the hospitals, and 20% are Jewish.
CDC, under political influences
It has come to light that the CDC, under political influences, created guidelines that led to these physicians’ persecution. These guidelines caused the deaths and suicides of hundreds of thousands of people in this country. This is not my opinion.
The CDC recognized and admitted its mistake. The AMA finally spoke out against this witch hunt. The New England Journal of Medicine ( the most respected medical journal in the world) wrote of the importance of picking up patients abandoned because their doctors were arrested and the dangers of tapering them.
I AM AN AMERICAN
I am an American, I am a foreign medical graduate, and I am over 60, I was in private practice, and I was clearly targeted. Despite my infantile legal ability, I beg the court to accept my FOIA request.
My criminal court case is now scheduled for October 4th. This information would greatly help me defend myself and this case.

You must demonstrate a legitimate need for controlled substances. If you don’t, you are screwed. Proper physical history and especially documentation.

As someone who practiced medicine for 40 years I know the law, but it is obvious you will not take my word for it, so you can find it and read it yourself, if you can.
I’ll say this without having a clear understanding of of what law you feel Dr ADELGLASS has errored ur 40 years of medical law experience is seriously flawed or perhaps misguided!!!! Again what he do wrong!!!

Yes you do some semblance of the law however what you sent me clearly doesn’t apply to Dr ADELGLASS in this case. Wherein this case does is determine patients under his care where seeking care for non medical conditions and he was not performing his requirements as a physician…. What is basis of a pharmacist to withhold treatment….????? And what test did he use to determine the Rx was for non medical care????????
Perhaps when you can find within 40 years of medical practice which law(s) has been vio-lated there can be a better and clearer understanding how we can respond to your observations of concern(s)
